• $300.00 Non-refundable admin fee on 3 bedrooms
• Water is paid. Tenant is responsible for electric and natural gas, where applicable.

  • Must make 3 times the monthly rent
  • Proof of income for 1-2 months 
  • Good Credit 
  • No second chance leasing (must not have any broken leases, delinquent rent, unpaid balances or evictions within the last 5 years)
